Please note: that the above events do not have a specific time slot, we never know how the animals will perform or if participants will scratch out.

Gates open at 11:00am. Enjoy food, beverages and all of our vendors arts and crafts, shopping and family entertainment in vendor row before and during the rodeo. Grand Entry (Start of the Rodeo) at 3:00pm.

44th Annual Mixer & Team Branding, Wednesday June 11, 2025

Featuring Team Branding, live music and a Tri Tip BBQ dinner. This event is located at the Robertson Park Rodeo Arena. Gates open at 5:00 p.m.

Local Team Roping Slack, Thursday June 12, 2025

Diablo Ladies Drill Team Will be performing after slack is done.

Free Admission. 6pm start time.

There will be no food and beverage served.

Pro Rodeo Slack, Friday June 13, 2025

Featuring top performers throughout the PRCA. FREE Admission! This event is located at the Robertson Park Rodeo Arena at 8:00 am Friday before the rodeo.

Cowgirl Luncheon, Friday June 13, 2025

New for this year is the Cowgirl Luncheon featuring silent auctions, New Steak lunch, commemorative wine glass and more.

Livermore Rodeo Parade, Saturday June 14, 2025

Join the Livermore Rotary club for the annual Livermore Rodeo Parade on Second Street in Downtown Livermore Saturday morning of the rodeo!  Fun for the whole family.

Featuring Saddle Bronc and Bareback Riding, Steer Wrestling, Tie-Down Roping, Team Roping, Barrel Racing and of course the ultimate show -- Bull Riding! Gates open at 11:00 a.m. and the Grand Entry begins at 3:00 p.m.

TETWP: Show your support of Breast Cancer Research by wearing PINK on Saturday! Purchase a "Give Cancer the Boot" lapel pin from the TETWP booth to help fund Cancer Research.  Stay tuned for more information.
