All you need to know about your first Livermore Rodeo!

What activities take place between the time the gates open and the start of the rodeo?

We have vendor alley open featuring local booths and boutiques with western attire, toys, western art, food drinks and more!

What time does the rodeo begin?

The rodeo begins at 3pm both days

​

What time does each event start and what time does the rodeo end?

​

Please Note: Each rodeo event does not have a specific time slot due to contestant and animal participation. 

​

The rodeo begins at 3pm with Grand entry with the following events following:

Bareback 

TieDown Roping

Breakaway Roping

Saddle Bronc 

Local Team Roping

Steer Wrestling

PRCA Team Roping

Barrel Racing

Bull Riding

What is the Grand Entry?

The Grand Entry is the start of the rodeo, featuring the Livermore Rodeo Stagecoaches, rodeo personnel, sponsor flags, Rodeo Queens and the presentation of the American Flag.

​

Why can't I bring my pet?

For the safety of the Patrons, workers, volunteers, athletes and animals we cannot allow pets of any kind. Service animals are permitted.

Can I bring my camera/ video equipment?

Our rodeo is a PRCA sanctioned event, only PRCA photographers or those with a pre-approved media credentials may take photographs.
